Andrew J. Phillips
Andrew received his Bachelors of Science degree from Boise State University. He then attended the University of Idaho College of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree, with a business law and entrepreneur emphasis. Concurrently, he finished a Master's of Accountancy-Taxation at Boise State University. He then went on to receive his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law. He is currently licensed in Washington State.
Andrew has a wife and four kids, a Navy Resere JAG, and the head football coach at Poulsbo Middle School.
